The WWE is seeking an Operations Manager for our Event Technical Operations, who will report directly to the Director of Operations. This person will be a part of the WWE TV tour and manage crucial to day-to-day operations at each venue!
The responsibilities for this role include advancing logistics for upcoming venues to crew and venue staff, on-the-ground support of operations in each city and manage overall support of the TV production. Examples of advancing a venue include logistical layouts of venue property, exterior and interior as it applies to the show.
Duties would encompass:
• Provide venue Documentation via photos and detailed notes
• Weekly travel to venues booked for WWE Events
• Oversee interdepartmental Interaction and guidance to other departments who are integral to the Event Production
• Manage crew coordination and logging of crew hours and crewing assistance
• Consistent communication with both broadcast engineers and producers
• Partner with back house operations on Payroll
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years of broadcast experience, preferably in a TV production environment
• Experience with logistics and production operations
• Strong understanding of Broadcast Technical Engineering
• Ability to communicate across all departments at all levels of leadership
• Practical use of common sense, ability to think outside of the box
• Willing and able to travel weekly
• Efficient note taking and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat among other computer programs, DWG Files, Sketch Up and MAC OS Digital literacy
