Media Operations Assistant
The Media Operations Assistant will report to the Senior Manager, Data & Resource Management and will be responsible for WWE S&P Curse Protection coverage for live programming, accurate metadata entry, and effective communication. This person will also serve as a multipurpose player for the Media Asset Management department. They will be trained on WWE S&P Curse Protection Operations procedures. They will need to learn the current data constructs and how core data interacts with downstream & concurrent systems. They will have weekly recurring data entry tasks as well as tasks assigned by request.
Responsibilities
• WWE S&P Curse Protection Operations for Live International Broadcasts of Raw, SmackDown Live and Live Network or Digital Programming.
o Establishing communication with Producers while operating
o Sending detailed incidents log when censoring was applied
• Create and maintain TV Core Metadata Filemaker Pro Database to be utilized throughout the enterprise
o Creating new series, season, episode & deliverable data
o Creating weekly contracted deliverables for distribution
o Creating monthly PPV and Special Event data
o Creating monthly Network VOD series, season, episode & deliverable data
o Fulfilling requests from AMG team for episode metadata entry
• Completing backlog of metadata projects within TV Core Metadata Database
• Tag old and current talent in our internal system for production use
• Quality Control digital files to make sure they are the best possible version
Qualifications
• Flexible schedule – ability to work late hours and weekends
• WWE product and overall industry knowledge strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Familiar with all Microsoft Office applications and Google Sheets
• Media Library experience, a plus
