Full Time Job
We are looking for an experienced Managing Producer who is passionate about creating content, telling emotionally resonant stories and delivering innovative ''big ideas'' for WWE Network. You must have experience leading teams, as well as producing unique creative programming in both a live and post-production environment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate well with Producers / Associate Producers / Editors / Production Assistants on writing/editing of WWE Network original programming
• Take creative ownership (manage full ideation to execution cycle) and provide out-of-the-box ideas for WWE Network original programming.
• Manage team to provide good creative output
• Key Contribution: Be lead generator of ideas and producer of creative content that supports the client's strategy and goals.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Required: Minimum 7-9 years' experience in a continuously growing creative environment.
• Experience collaborating with teams and managing projects
• Experience mentoring and leading teams, both small and large
• Able to pitch and execute innovative, next level ideas
• Demonstrate ability to think creatively and very quickly
• Excellent communicator
• Thrives under pressure, in fast-paced environment with quick turn-arounds
• Self-motivated and eager to take an idea or task and run with it
