Full Time Job
WWE is seeking a Manager, Global Marketing to support all global marketing activities including WWE Network, marketing communications, cross-promotional campaigns and brand promotion. This position will enable you to work directly with our International Offices and US based teams as well as external agencies and key clients. This is a critical role in the team with a genuine opportunity to develop and grow as the business expands.
Responsibilities
• Develop cross-promotional campaigns incorporating WWE Network, Programming, Consumer Products and WWE Studios. Executing from creative assets to deployment to reporting results.
• Maintain positive relationships with distribution partners/clients, external marketing agencies, media, local associations, and other business partners.
• Work closely with internal Creative Services and TV production departments on the development of marketing materials
• Coordinate the Marketing and Creative process with internal and external partners to provide project management support on creative and copy development.
• Collaborate with International Marketing team members to find opportunities to grow WWE's email database.
• Monitor development and growth of other streaming services, including best practices/innovations in subscriber acquisition and customer communication/retention as well as developments overall within the dynamic and evolving media landscape.
Qualifications
• 5+ years marketing experience ideally across multiple international territories and media platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Marketing, Communications, or Sports Management preferred
• Proven understanding of the WWE brand
• Experience developing innovative and creative marketing concepts and programs that resonate with consumers
• Strong analytical ability, promotional understanding and presentation skills with a creative flair to achieve results
• Experience in project management to lead/prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include significant experience interacting with and presenting to senior leaders, as well as the ability to efficiently partner with employees across all levels and lines of business
• Ability to build and manage long-term business partner and client relationships in a professional manner
• Understanding of event management and talent handling
• Experience across digital and social platforms and strategies, including influencer marketing, preferred
• Knowledge of the business of e-sports helpful, not required
• Experience in email marketing/database segmentation preferred
• Able to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends based on business need
