Full Time Job
Great opportunity based in Chicagoland area will manage marketing, sales, and PR for approximately 40 live events annually. Provide strategic management and continuity between events and markets within the Midwest region both in marketing and scheduling.
This position is based in Naperville, IL
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide scaling and pricing for events
• Develop a media/advertising campaign and strategy based upon assigned budgets
• Work with internal departments, including PR and Marketing, regarding different avenues of promoting the event
• Work to build relationships in the market with the key decision makers and partners in the business/governmental communities
• Develop strong relationships with these local partners and create ties with local sponsors and retailers
• Generate a true understanding of each market and their spending habits, daily trends, and demographic breakdown
• Work with Creative Services, as well as TV and Radio Spot Producers to develop a custom creative strategy in each market
• Create and analyze various reports on event sales and trends
• Serve as accountable on-site WWE representative for all events in region
• Ultimate goal is to make the best experience for our fans; before, during, and after every live event in region
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of related Entertainment Live Event marketing
• Experience with a major touring entity or arena/venue marketing preferred
• Able to adjust and adapt to varying changes in your markets
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor degree
