Full Time Job
Learning & Development Responsibilities:
• Design and implement WWE's yearly training curriculum
• Facilitate training sessions
• Manage Workday Learning, WWE's learning management system
• Handle all training logistics including course marketing, space booking, material preparation, etc.
• Serve as back-up for new hire orientation
• Monitor completion of required trainings and send reminders as necessary
• Administer 360 assessments through CultureAmp
• Facilitate selection process for professional coaches
• Administer DISC communication style assessments
• Manage WWE's high potential program through ExecOnline
• Facilitate offsite meetings and team development sessions
• Develop onsite and virtual training sessions
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Responsibilities:
• Partner across HR and other businesses to support internal communications needs
• Partner with HR stakeholders to confirm HR Intranet page is kept up-to-date and consistent
• Individually design and/or partner with WWE creative teams to create engaging forms of communication
• Investigate and utilize emerging technologies to facilitate opportunities for employee-to-employee communication
• Partner with IT and other departments to gather data analytics in order to track communication success
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as the annual engagement survey, employee engagement fairs, affinity networks, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Learning & Development experience required
• Experience with Workday Learning preferred, general LMS experience required
• Certification in DISC, MBTI, Hogan or similar assessment preferred
• Energetic and engaging speaker and facilitator required, certification preferred
• Impressive communicator with excellent grammar and proofreading skills
• Eye for design in creating visually appealing materials
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Agile in change
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
• Able to relate and communicate with others across various personality styles
