Learning & Development Coordinator (TEMP)
Responsibilities:
• Enter new training courses into Workday Learning and schedule course offerings
• Manage employee calendar to match Workday Learning course details
• Locate and book space for trainings
• Prepare training facilitation materials
• Record training attendance in Workday Learning
• Serve as back-up for new hire tracking and facilitating new hire orientation
• Support internship program preparations
• Monitor completion for required trainings and send reminders as necessary
• Answer questions related to Learning & Development and Workday Learning
• Support general coordination of Learning & Development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• HR experience required
• Interest or experience in Learning & Development preferred
• Experience working with Learning Management similar system required
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
