The International Digital Director will support the Vice President, International Marketing and Affiliate Relations in bringing the International Digital function to the next level. S/he will review current processes for efficiencies and effectiveness and help identify and develop areas of opportunity and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Global Sales and Content teams to create web syndication content packages and sales tools to fit the needs of our partners in each international market
* Create strong partnership with internal constituents, specifically in the Digital Media, Mobile, and TV Production functions
* Drive the development of after-market and marketing strategies to support partners, including cross-platform initiatives, search engine strategy, sweepstakes and promotions, internal/external banner campaigns, SMS promotional strategies, TV mentions, and in''ring announcements
* Maintain and grow web/mobile syndication through marketing promotions and other operational strategies in order to increase ROI and visibility in the marketplace
* Create and drive client requirements through on-boarding cycle
* Manage budgets and business plans
* Oversee and supervise International Digital team (Senior Manager and Manager)
* Review legal contracts for accuracy with regard to technical and content requirements
Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in Digital Operations role or similar business experience
* Entertainment/corporate brand industry experience preferred
* Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-acting environment
* Highly organized and proactive
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent analytical, conceptual, and project management skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Flexible work schedule and able to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
* Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
