Full Time Unpaid Internship
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for business and technical requirements analysis across a wide range of business areas including Finance, HR, TV Broadcasting, International TV, Travel, and Legal. Primary responsibilities for the role include identifying, documenting, and communicating business and functional system requirements and assessing areas for process automation leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools. The IT Business Analyst will ensure requirements are understood and will identify and prioritize opportunities for automation based on defined criteria. The role will interact closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as external consultants and development teams.
Responsibilities:
• Support system requirements discussions with WWE departments including Finance, HR, TV Broadcasting, International TV, Travel and Legal.
• Gather, analyze, understand and document existing processes identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement and automation
• Develop future state process maps incorporating technology automation including RPA tools
• Create a framework for assessing and prioritizing automation opportunities across WWE
• Work closely with solution development teams to build and configure RPA tools
• Hands on configuration of RPA solutions based on process maps
• Participate in the planning, testing and rollout newly automated processes
Create and maintain documentation including technical and functional design specifications
Qualifications:
• Current Master's degree or MBA student preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Experience with process mapping tools such as MS Visio is preferred
• Experience creating VBA scripts or Macros
• Knowledge of RPA solutions is preferred.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile software development
• Studying towards Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
