Full Time Unpaid Internship
BASIC FUNCTION:
The E-Commerce Intern is responsible for assisting the Ecommerce Marketing Manager and E-commerce Operations Manager in implementing WWE Shop's social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Ecommerce Marketing Manager to refine social media strategy and best practices
• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) including the conceptualization, production & scheduling of posts
• Communicate and coordinate with brand influencers
• Prepare weekly updates and reporting to track growth and success rates of campaigns
• Keep informed on emerging social media trends
• Assist in implementation of social media on product pages
• Assist in updating copy on shop product pages
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Exceptional familiarity with the capabilities and posting norms of social media platforms
• Understanding of web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Spredfast, HootSuite)
• Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
