Full Time Job
The ideal candidate will have a customer-service/can-do mentality and provide unmatched administrative assistance as he/she will be dealing with an ever-changing corporate calendar and heavy travel coordination. The Executive/Administrative Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a unique environment that is mission and results-driven. A sense of humor is appreciated and highly valued.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience assisting at the senior leadership level
• Adept in Microsoft Outlook is essential, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and some PowerPoint knowledge
• High-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Aptitude to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
• Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
• Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
• ''No job too small'' mind-set is necessary for success
General Overview
• Handle SVP's daily agendas: organize daily tasks, schedule, arrange, coordinate and prepare for meetings and meeting agendas all the while answering 3- 4 different phone lines
• Book heavy travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Prepare travel & expense reports
• Help with food needs for the EVP and SVP throughout the day
• Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Emotional maturity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
