WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated Director, Content Innovation Lab to work out of WWE's Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. This individual is self-efficient and motivated, capable of performing under tight guidelines and looks for solutions in unique and 'outside-the-box' means of thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of WWE's Performance Content Innovation Lab
• Manage Producers and team members in execution of various projects
• Create content with an emphasis on innovation, emerging technologies, and platform specific
• Develop WWE/NXT talent to become self-efficient content creators
• Initiate and create new digital video concepts for live consumption
• Develop financially responsible solutions and processes for shooting live and live-to-tape in-ring content
• Collaborate with key social and pop culture influencers to broaden the scope and awareness of WWE's Performance Center, Innovation Lab, WWE, and associated brands
• Responsible for developing compelling video elements that could potentially complement WWE storylines and characters, using the newest technologies and trends
Qualifications:
• 8 years of related work experience in TV/Digital/Live/Post production
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking, action, and results
• Experience in production and digital operations
• Experience in field production, managing a video/film shoot, and producing/directing on-air talent
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Experience in shooting with professional and consumer cameras a plus
• Experience in editing with applications such as Avid, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms and advancements
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to travel for business as needed
• Driver's license and motor vehicle
• Knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines a plus but not mandatory
• BA in Communications, Digital Media, Operations or related field of study
