WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Digital Senior Associate Producer to work within WWE's ever-growing Digital Video department. This position will create, produce, and edit short-form digital video content to be published across our WWE Digital platforms. As a Digital Senior Associate Producer, this creative, driven, and self-sufficient team member will also be responsible for advancing and guiding our Production Assistants within Digital Video.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce short-form digital video content for our WWE Digital platforms in a self-efficient manner
• Initiate and create new video concepts that compliment WWE storylines and characters
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, maintaining product vision
• Manage each project's life cycle, from creation through post-launch that engages on multiple levels, providing viewers with shareable experiences
• Interact with past and present WWE Superstars in a professional manner
• Responsible for quality control for all aspects of production and content for video projects
• Cultivate a positive team dynamic and work collaboratively with all levels
• Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products
Qualifications:
• 5 years of related experience in Digital post production
• 5 years of editing experience with applications such as Avid and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Experience in field production, managing video/film shoots, and producing/directing on-air talent
• Experience in shooting with professional and consumer cameras preferred
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable about current and/or past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines preferred
• Creative, self-motivated and a problem solver
• Willing and able to travel for business approximately 15-20% and work weekends as needed
• Clean driver's license
• Bachelor degree in Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Video Production or related field of study
