WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Associate Producer to work within WWE's ever-growing Digital Video department with a concentration on WWE's gaming channel, UpUpDownDown. This creative, driven, and self-sufficient team member will see projects through from concept to posting with a quick turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce short and long form digital video content for UpUpDownDown
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, maintaining product vision
• Manage each project's life cycle, from creation through post-launch that engages on multiple levels, providing viewers with shareable experiences
• Field Produce at various shoots and events
• Initiate and create new video concepts
• Coordinate with Social Media Producers on projects for appropriate platforms
• Responsible for quality control for all aspects of production and content for video projects
• Cultivate a positive team dynamic and work collaboratively with all levels
• Interact with WWE Talent in a professional manner
• Maintain a robust understanding of the production and post-production processes
• Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products
Qualifications:
• 3 years of related experience in Digital post production
• 3 years of editing experience with applications such as Avid and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Working knowledge and interest in video gaming industry
• Able to travel for business approximately 25% as needed
• Capable of effectively handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledgeable about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated and a problem solver
• Bachelor degree in Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Video Production or related field of study
