• Oversee the creation of advertising materials and ensuring execution of plans.
• Brainstorm to develop new techniques for promotions and interactions with fans/consumers.
• Adapt, create and execute a 360 marketing strategy to drive growth and retention and ensure unique brand positioning
• Create detailed integrated promotional and advertising plans identifying targeted audiences and encompassing traditional and digital strategies for each individual project.
• Identify short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; and implement directives.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals KPls and ROls.
• Manage marketing workflow by completing marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Create detailed promotional and advertising plans identifying targeted demographic for each individual project.
• Strategize and research new marketing trends and practices to apply to projects.
• Monitoring marketing trends, upcoming digital platforms, and WOW/RDR communities across socials and Reddit.
• Developing and owning goals and performance metrics set in weekly, bi-weekly, and Monthly marketing reports.
• Ensure best practices are upheld across all marketing components such as CRM, digital media performance, content creation and real-time campaign optimization.
