Full Time Job
WONDERY is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join the Los Angeles Content Team. This role works cross-functionally to ensure the office functions smoothly and assist the Executive Producer for New Shows. We are looking for a hyper-organized self-starter, who learns swiftly, thinks critically and is enthusiastic about working with a quickly-growing global brand.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office operations including recording booth reservations, mail delivery, parking, supply ordering, external errands, etc
Greet guests and make sure they are dealt with professionally
Serve as a go-to for any technical, hardware, or IT related questions
Provide input on ways to make the office or systems more efficient
Build vendor relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact
Required Qualifications:
Podcast fanatic
Great, positive attitude
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively between projects
Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Critical thinking and common sense is a must
Bachelor's degree required
Bonus Qualifications:
Proficient in Protools, audio editing, and/or cataloging systems
Experience with google drive/google systems
Experience as an assistant
Experience with managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords
Experience with invoicing and payment collection
Proficiency in technology systems (WiFi, printers, internet, computers, phone etc)
