LA/NY Entertainment Top Tier Public Relations Firm, seeks an administrative /remote assistant for their Los Angeles office. This position will transition to an in-office position in the near future.
Minimum one year of experience in entertainment publicity required but will consider internships, agency or management experience. You will be reporting to one VP as well as working to support additional senior level publicists. Daily tasks include heavy email correspondence, servicing press breaks, drafting memos, coordinating travel, appearances, and creating schedules for press commitments on behalf of high-profile television and film clients.
Ideal candidates must have a passion for the entertainment industry, strong communication and writing skills, be resourceful and able to adapt quickly, and is a team player.
