What'sUpMoms.com, the sister site of the #1 parenting network on YouTube, is looking for a social media manager with a great voice to rapidly grow our audience. As the social media manager, you'll be responsible for socializing our parent-focused content across all relevant channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. You'll also execute on our content marketing efforts, including optimizing paid ads and partnerships. We are very passionate about creating top-tiered content, and we want creative, motivated candidates that are team players.
-Write social media posts with an engaging, on-brand, and often humorous voice
-Conceptualize and execute effective and shareable social marketing campaigns
-Outreach with other like-minded sites to form partnerships
-Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
-Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
-Execute paid social media advertising strategies
-Drive engagement with social media influencers
-Resolve customer issues through social media
-Work with the What's Up Moms video creation team and managing editor to schedule postings
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related field
-Three years of social media management experience
-Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Illustrator
-Proficient computer skills including Dropbox and Google Docs
-Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
-Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
-Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Bronto
-Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
-Excellent analytical and time-management skills
-Passion for family and parenting content
