Will…
• Be responsible for overall management and direction of physical studio operations.
• Define and rollout systems that track the volume and flow of equipment.
• Establish relationships with appropriate vendors and track technological changes in relevant equipment and tech.
• Track and manage all physical assets of the studio (camera, audio, lighting gear, etc.).
• Manage projects to ensure the successful on-time delivery of workflow changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Is…
• Comfortable shooting, running audio and lighting a variety of television, digital and brand related video content.
• Able to excel in both a team environment as well as an autonomous setting.
• Able to light a variety of studio backdrops, including a green screen.
• Able to operate a wide range of studio based equipment.
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a high-volume studio environment.
Has…
• 3 years of experience in a studio operations environment.
• Experience running photo and studio shoots.
• Solid working knowledge of the current types of cameras, lenses and audio gear in the marketplace.
• Basic knowledge of maintaining and repairing camera, audio and lighting assets.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to works with all types of personnel, including high profile talent, network executives and clients.
