Will…
• Work directly with editorial, product, design, ad operations, and various business teams to seamlessly deliver stellar custom advertising and sponsorship programs (including branded content, product features, social media activations, and more) to Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries including Entertainment, CPG, Auto Beauty, Tech/Telecom, Financial Services, etc.
• Act as a brand ambassador and help sell in programs to advertising agencies and clients nationally.
• Manage and coordinate the successful delivery of all custom ad programs across our portfolio of brands.
• Create accurate project schedules and ensure personal and team adherence to deadlines and milestones.
• Secure all required approvals from ad sales/clients and internal departments.
• Track ad sales performance and ensure ad programs deliver on-time and on-budget.
• Help resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions quickly and effectively.
• Partner with ad operations to troubleshoot any issues on site.
• Participate in creative brainstorming to come up with advertiser programs and new ad solutions.
• Participate in other strategic projects based on experience, interests, etc.
Has…
• A Bachelor's Degree, and at least 3 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in digital media sales or at a digital advertising agency.
• Microsoft Office skills that are up-to-date with the latest on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A proven track-record of multi-tasking and overseeing numerous projects of various sizes, while managing client/sponsor and management expectations.
• A strong attention to detail and solid organizational and negotiating skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
• A self-managed proactive work style, and the proven ability to take initiative to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
