We Are Hear - Digital Marketing/Social Media Coordinator
Looking for an experienced Digital Marketing/Social Media Coordinator for a company built by multi-platinum producers Linda Perry & Kerry Brown, that's generated an industry reputation to be creative, fast, and hands-on across all levels.
Job Overview:
• Ideate and innovate within the social space by developing strategic campaigns and creative that elevate the We Are Hear and artist brands.
• Research and develop new strategies around emerging platforms.
• Manage social media profiles including content calendars and community management.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns including email blasts, social media postings, digital banners, ad spends, and more.
• Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams, including Creative, PR, Digital, Artist Management and Events.
• Develop positive relationships with talent, reps, and external partners.
• Track and report on paid campaigns of paid campaign as well as organic to cultivate deeper conversation and earned media around the We Are Hear and artist brands.
• Develop social goals and track performance to understand the effectiveness of a campaign, making strategic recommendations for continuous optimizations.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in social media at a content studio, agency, management, or record label.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
• Deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and a clear grasp of consumers' social media habits.
• Well versed on Tik Tok, Triller, Snapchat, and all other social platforms
• Proficiency in social media publishing and engagement best practices.
• Ability to use social or insight tools to pull and analyze trends and data.
• Extraordinary project management and organizational skills.
• Experience liaising with talent/talent reps and studio counterparts.
• Moderate understanding of the paid social space.
• Proficient in Excel
• Photoshop and light editing skills are a plus!
