Looking for an experienced Day to Day Manager for a company built by multi- platinum producers Linda Perry & Kerry Brown, that's garnered an industry reputation to be creative, fast, and hands-on across all levels.
Duties include:
• Assist with the planning and implementation of artist music campaigns, including global release schedules, promotional/social media plans, press, marketing, & international touring.
• Assist in setting up, implementing, and managing domestic and worldwide tours including advancing shows, coordinating travel, and maintaining tour budgets.
• Manage artist brand development both in the music world and outside - film, tv, fashion, etc.
• Assist as the key representative for artists on location including music video shoots, promotional events, and other events.
• Help to seek out and secure creative and commercial opportunities for the artist.
• Manage budgets, create & execute detailed marketing plans, and support artist & label
needs.
• Liaison between the management's vision and the label's direction while
communicating to all parties a clear path to improve awareness.
• Ability to strive in a rapidly growing business executing extensive and detailed plans
ranging from high level attention, to day to day essential tasks.
Requirements Include:
• 4+ years experience with a management or touring company including leading multiple artist campaigns.
• An understanding of release set up and campaign roll out.
• Experience in touring including routing, scheduling, and promotion.
• Experience of working with high profile individuals.
• High attention to detail & organization, a big picture understanding of the changing
landscape of the music/entertainment industry, and an efficient approach to problem
solving.
• Availability to travel domestically & internationally at short notice.
• An attitude to always want to do the job right, the first time, no matter what it takes.
• Ability to wear MANY hats
