Senior Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join the WBITVD Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A department directs and oversees sales and revenue planning activities for the division. This position provides financial support to the international sales offices in the areas of sales, revenue and financial planning and analysis. Position also serves as a forecasting system super user and project lead for system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation of the by title budget, forecast, and annual five-year plan, interacting with financial and sales staff of the international sales offices for his/her respective territories. Ensure that all the reports are updated and functional for each budget cycle.
• Super user for Longview, the forecasting system. Finance lead for forecasting system enhancements and web-based executive dashboard enhancements and maintenance. Member of core team that will drive the implementation and testing of the system upgrade and interface with SAP.
• Monitor the rolling forecast and the revenue update process to ensure quarterly targets are met. Prepare quarterly revenue variance explanations. Interface with sales staff in the international offices, Contract Administration, and MIS, regarding sales, revenue, or contract issues.
• Serves as back up to the Ultimates team.
• Ad hoc requests as necessary.

Desirable candidates will have the following qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Finance or related Business.
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate and operational finance required.
• Experience in international finance and budgeting preferred.
• Prior super user/systems exposure preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet experience, heavy user of Excel, Access (query ability) / other reporting systems.
• Longview experience preferred but not required – with the ability to serve as a super user and project lead.
