Manager, Digital (Consulting)
Job Purpose: Responsible for developing and managing current business relationships, sponsorships, and partnerships in order to ensure client satisfaction. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. The Digital Consulting Manager will serve as the daily contact for a set of Digital Consulting clients. Additionally, this position will be a research resource for client projects and will participate in new business development efforts.
Specific Digital Duties:
• Create unique ideas for clients in digital activation of partnerships and cutting edge new ideas. Work as part of a team to implement these ideas and manage relationships at the highest levels of service.
• Works with client to develop concepts, secure buy-in with internal client teams and external partners, work with creative services to bring concepts and strategies to life, oversee program execution.
• Possess a high comfort level and proven business experience with the latest in mobile, social media, mobile application and other relevant digital platforms and be able to teach others how they work and can be used.
• Maintain portfolio of current trends and data relevant to corporate clients operating in the digital space, including case studies and best practices from other brands.
Duties:
• Works with client to develop concepts, secure buy-in with internal client teams and external partners, work with creative services to bring concepts and strategies to life, oversee program execution.
• Works with client and partner teams on a day-to-day basis to facilitates client’s use of benefits and assets.
• Understands the landscape for each client’s business as well as the industry contexts for their investments. Builds cutting edge strategic plans for clients to meet and exceed objectives.
• Manages interagency relationships; works with outside agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of all client programs.
• Executes the day-to-day contractual elements of the various relationships while also managing expectations of each party.
• Uses forward thinking initiative to identify the next best strategic opportunities and continue to deliver top results to the client.
• Part of new client pitches and plays a role in responding to RFPs.
• Thinks daily about business development and new revenue opportunities with existing clients and potential clients.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years relevant experience with minimum 2 years of direct experience in some part of the digital marketing landscape (preferably in the sports or entertainment field).
• Must have a solid working knowledge of the major social, video, mobile and web platforms in the market today.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
