The Job
Warner Bros. Studio Operations, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. seeks a Studio Caterer/Utility (Studio Cafeteria - General Food Services - Production Catering) for the Food Services Department.
The Daily
• Duties include opening and closing in the various Food Services venues, including cashiering, bussing, barista service, stocking, cleaning, taking food orders, and food delivery. Utilities also support and service production catering, which includes lifting and carrying tables, chairs, and other catering equipment.
• Occasionally you may need to drive your personal vehicle to production locations on surface streets and highways as needed.
The Essentials
• Must have 1 to 2 years food and beverage experience. Banquet experience is preferred.
• Will be required to obtain a ServSAFE Food Handling Certificate within 6 months of beginning employment. This demonstrates a commitment to the cleanliness of the food services areas, and commitment to food and physical safety.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Standard shift is approximately 4.5 to 7.5 hours per day, plus a 30-minute paid meal break when working a minimum of 6 hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule, working some weekends and holidays are required.
• Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, cleaning kitchen and catering equipment, and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.
• Transportation is required to get to work and/or catering job sites.
• A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history.
• A valid driver's license for CA. If you currently have an out-of-state license, make a record of your license number before you apply for an in-state license. We will need that out-of-state license number to check your driving history.
