Full Time Job
The Job
We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Wellness, to join the International Benefits & Wellness team. You will provide an employee benefits advisory service and technical support to employees and Business Unit HR teams in relation to Wellbeing. You will support the Manager, Health & Wellness in Physical and Mental health-related benefit events, programs, and initiatives, as well as act as the key contact for the International Benefits team for global opportunities and wellbeing related programs.
The Daily
• Managing the day to day processing, administration, and discussions related to wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Collaborating with the International Benefits teams to ensure Wellbeing is managed in conjunction with benefits.
• Collating, analyzing, reviewing, and presenting of data and reports to Benefit Managers to support the development of Wellbeing programs.
• Supporting in the management of vendors and monitoring the performance of vendors.
• Working with the US Wellness team to ensure alignment on global projects.
• Participating in benefit meetings where there is an opportunity to leverage understanding and data in support of Wellbeing initiatives.
• Supporting the Manager, Health & Wellness with contract renewals and vendor reviews.
• Facilitation of virtual and onsite wellbeing events.
• Staying abreast of legislation, technical changes, and benefits trends in the market.
The Essentials
• Work experience in a fast-paced multinational business environment.
• Experience in a Benefits role, ideally with an international remit.
• Excellent communication skills, and capable of liaising with stakeholders of all levels.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrable experience in analysing and manipulating data.
• A keen interest in health and wellbeing.
The Nice to Haves
• Physical and mental wellbeing work experience.
• Previous experience with an absence management system.
• A second language is highly desirable.
