Senior Advisor, EMEA Benefits (12-month contract)
The Job
The International Benefits & Wellness team is looking for a Senior Advisor, EMEA Benefits, for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The EMEA Benefits team provides an employee benefits advisory service and technical support to employees and Business Unit HR teams.
Your role will be to review and validate employee data, working with counterparts to develop processes and policies to support the group of companies. On a day to day basis, this will require collaboration with the wider team, Business Unit HR teams, Payroll, IT, and external benefit vendors.
You will also act as the key contact for EMEA renewals, collating and presenting these to the Manager, EMEA Benefits for review.
The Daily
• Be the first point of contact for employees and Business Unit HR teams on process and policy inquiries in EMEA (excluding the UK).
• Administration and processing of all benefits tasks relating to joiners, changes, and leavers between systems and benefit vendors in conjunction with the HR Shared Services team.
• Collating and administering data for benefits and business insurance renewals.
• Overseeing processes and policies for all vendors and benefits offered to the group of companies.
• Implementing new processes and policies for benefit programs and initiatives as well as managing changes to existing benefits.
• Providing onboarding sessions for employees and training Business HR on benefits topics.
• Staying abreast of legislation, technical changes, and benefits trends in the market.
• Leading on projects, vendor relationship management, and renewal processing.
The Essentials
• Work experience in a fast-paced multinational business environment.
• Previous experience in a Benefits/Wellness role.
• Ability to multi-task and self-prioritise deadline-driven work based on the daily workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrable experience in analysing and manipulating data.
• Strong communication skills, and capable of liaising with stakeholders of all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in vendor management and renewals.
The Nice to Haves
• Prior EMEA experience.
• A second language is highly desirable.
