The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Temp Project Coordinator for the WM Studios Creative Services Departmet. WM Studios Creative Services' Management and Operations team is entering one of our busiest times of the year, and we need project coordination support to help keep us on the rails throughout this peak season. The Coordinator will focus on the needs of our Cartoon Network and TCM partners, as well as 10th Street Productions and Studios' Generalists.
The Daily
• Work closely with the WarnerMedia Studios Management/Operations team, Network and Brand partners in order to plan, prepare, and schedule for immediate and future Post-Production needs
• Collaborate closely with the craftspeople and the brands we support to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Handle administrative tasks associated with booking projects and resources into our scheduling tool
• Help maintain documentation and update relevant trackers across Creative Services
• Maintain poise and professionalism in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment
The Essentials
• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced post-production environment
• ScheduALL or similar scheduling tool experience preferred
• Experience with Editorial, Sound Design and Graphics technical workflows a plus
• Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
• Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines in a demanding environment
• Emphasis on organization as it pertains to project management and documentation processes
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and time management skills
