Project Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: United States - Georgia - Atlanta
Turner Sports is the team that delivers sports broadcasts to the WarnerMedia networks like TBS, TNT, and truTV. We are also responsible for operating sites like NCAA.com, NBA.com, and ELEAGUE.com.
The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Project Coordinator (Temporary) for the Creative Services – WarnerMedia Sports department.
The Daily
• The building of promos and promo schedules for our various properties
• Build and maintain delivery grids that reflect all messaging mandatories and delivery locations
• Quality check creative assets before delivery
• Assist with deliveries of various types of promotion
• Manage all Format Reports, which outline the promotion received in our sports broadcasts
• Manage all As-run reports
• Build slates in Photoshop (slates precede the promo when it is delivered)
• Assist with awards submissions when necessary
• Assist with Linear and Digital campaigns when necessary.
The Essentials
• Proficient in the Microsoft office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop
• Hardworking, organized and very detail oriented
• Able to learn quickly, multitask and problem solve
• Comfortable running with a project once guidance is provided
• Able to cultivate relationships and manage different personalities/work styles
• Some abnormal hours may be required
