Turner Sports is the team that delivers sports broadcasts to the WarnerMedia networks like TBS, TNT, and truTV. We are also responsible for operating sites like NCAA.com, NBA.com, and ELEAGUE.com.
The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Payroll Crewing Coordinator.
The Payroll Crew Coordinator will assist with day to day functions of the Crewing department. Duties include, processing payroll by entering personnel, work times, and rates into the scheduling system. Maintain crew database for individuals that include positions, rates, and personal information. Process crew expenses and per diem.
The Daily
• Create and update crew profiles regarding positions, rates, contact information, and qualifications.
• Create work orders in the scheduling system.
• Track and confirm all times sheets have been received from remote locations.
• Enter personnel and times into work orders for payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot and communicate payroll questions from crew.
• Resolve payroll issues in scheduling and payroll software.
• Process payroll between scheduling and payroll systems.
• On-board new hires.
• Setup crew for database access.
• Process expenses and per diem.
The Essentials
• Knowledge of Remote Television productions.
• Degree preferred in Television Production.
• Computer literacy to include, Concur, WorkDay, Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook. ScheduALL, Media Pulse, and Xytech a plus.
• At least two years of Television Production experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate knowledge of technical crew positions and duties for remote TV Productions.
