The Job
As a Digital Product Manager you will help define and build the product roadmap for WarnerMedia Addressable Audience Products across multiple endpoints. You will participate in developing, delivering the strategy and vision for digital addressable enhancements and activation. This role is inherently cross-functional. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
The Daily
• Coordinate with stakeholders to help develop and produce the high-level roadmap for launch of digital addressable features across the audience platform, based on team strategy and vision.
• Responsible for product line profitability. Analyzes and defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
• Take a data-driven approach to continuously improve the technical delivery of digital video.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, product marketing, business development, operations, and sales teams to produce actionable plans for the launch of new features and improvements
• Consults and advises regarding marketing management in support of the full life cycle.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve development process and customer experience
The Essentials
• Deep experience with Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), programmatic, Freewheel MRM, Invidi and Google Ad Manager
• Strong working knowledge of addressable and identity ecosystem inclusive of data providers, data fusion, audience segmentation, safe havens, segment activation and forecasting
• Strong understanding of digital programming endpoints and advertising enablement on vMPVPDs, CTV, Apps, 3rd, etc.
• 8 years of software product management, product marketing, and/or business development experience, preferably in a fast-paced online environment in the digital advertising / marketing space
• 3 or more years of management experience
• Experience delivering digital streaming media, and defining products and roadmaps which deliver simple, immersive customer experiences while dealing with underlying complex technical requirements is preferred.
• Experience in defining use cases, reviewing / updating workflows, pricing and assessing GTM strategy across in a highly collaborative environment
• Passion for understanding customers and their behavior, particularly with regard to the digital video advertising space
• A self- starter with proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills
