The Job
This role is accountable for analysing and optimising performance of 3rd party online retailers, marketplaces, and licensees in the EMEA region, to ultimately deliver increased traffic, revenue and meet ROI targets for Consumer Products and Warner Media. The role is heavily focussed on data analysis - analysing and optimising the full online customer funnel performance, product pages and keywords, building CRM database and new CRM opportunities, managing, tracking and optimising both 1st and 3rd party data, driving and tracking online sales affiliate programs and analysing traffic data plans for direct-to-consumer channels.
NB: this role is open for both temp and permanent contracts.
The Daily
Analytics:
• Analyse pureplayers' and other e-retailers' performance and create recommendations.
• Create real-time data dashboards and recommend optimisation based on key learnings.
• Work with key trade partners on data tracking (licensee, e-tailers), implement floodlights, create a full customer-funnel analytics tracker, and recommend regular optimisation.
• Combine data science, statistics, and analytics to model the future business projection and build traffic acquisition.
3rd party retailers, pureplayers:
• Analyse and optimise product pages with licensees on marketplaces
• Conduct keyword research and deliver insights on search behaviour that inform the optimisation process
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations on SEO of third-party retailers and marketplaces.
• Manage and create recommendations on consumer reviews' operational plan.
• Create shopper data-tracking, analysis, and transfer data into clear action plans for the broader ecommerce platforms Warner Media is working on.
• Transfer learnings beyond 3rd party retailers to multichannel retailers.
Direct-to-consumer:
• Analyse website data to ensure performance KPIs are maximised and ROI for Warner Media is continuously improved.
• Analyse traffic and data through the purchase funnel. Come up with recommendations and remedial actions to improve path to purchase and fan engagement.
CRM:
• In collaboration with Finance and global stakeholders, identify, set up and manage CRM opportunities across EMEA.
• Create an EMEA database for CRM opportunities.
• Provide guidance to EMEA territories on their contribution to develop regional and global CRM efforts.
• Liaise with other divisions to ensure coordinated cross-divisional approach is taken operationally to set up and implement CRM program to cross-sell Warner Media services to fan communities
• Work with big data. Set up a system to track, manage and optimise data, both from 1st and 3rd parties.
• Track, optimise and share learnings across Consumer Products to support the business digital transformation.
Social Commerce:
• Analyze and deliver online 'sales affiliate' programs: set them up, track and optimise their performance, in order to deliver a healthy ROI.
• Create a deep-dive analysis of social data across regions, deliver insights and drive actionable next steps.
• Aggregate data from social commerce platforms, analyze, and formulate recommendations that benefit other e-commerce channels.
• Create performance dashboards and provide commercial teams with actionable insights.
The Essentials
• Previous analytics role in pureplay, online retail channel or marketplace preferred
• Breadth of commercial experience – spanning multiple product areas
• Strong ability to work with data, analyse and draw conclusions even based on limited data
• Strong knowledge of Excel; ability to create real-time dashboards and manage them
• Strong ability to model future ecommerce and traffic acquisition projections
• Knowledge of data science ideal and/or some knowledge of organic SEO
• An understanding of how shoppers search & purchase online
• Proven experience of working in a multi-cultural / matrix environment
