The Job
WarnerMedia seeks a Coordinator to support the Equity and Inclusion Programs Pillar department.
The Daily
• Create and manage social media platforms and content for department.
• Coordinate departmental team and general meetings and take notes when requested.
• Provide calendar, scheduling, expense report and general administrative support for domestic executives on the team.
• Read and evaluate submissions for the WarnerMedia Access Pipeline programs.
• Assist with Pipeline Program administrative coordination including but not limited to creating program related materials for participants.
• Act as the point of contact for film festival engagements – including but not limited to gathering social assets and headshots and coordinating meetings.
• Code and process invoices.
• Organize internal events as needed coordinating logistics, including securing venues, providing catering, providing security credentials, arranging A/V setup, etc.
• Create and maintain departmental internal and external communications including but not limited to: updating overall WarnerMedia Enterprise Inclusion team calendar of events and producing a monthly talent development newsletter.
• Act as point of contact for onboarding of any new team members; facilitating the IT and overall startup process.
• Book travel and process payment for talent participating in showcases and/or pipeline programs.
The Essentials
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level.
• Experience coordinating varied executive travel arrangements.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Competencies: - client service - creativity - teamwork - organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in Canva.
• Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• High level of confidentiality required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
• The ability to prioritize work to effectively handle projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
