The WarnerMedia Business Resilience Department (BR Department) helps the organization prepare for the unthinkable, which can aid in the long-term survivability of the company after a crisis. Aside from working to ensure continuity of operations, the BR Department helps to give people the tools to be better prepared for disruptions at work during a crisis and to encourage them to extend those preparedness skills to situations outside of work.
Position Description
The Business Resilience Single Incumbent will report to the Business Resilience Professional and will be responsible for maintaining effective Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans for WarnerMedia Global operations. This position requires a professional and customer orientated individual who will be involved in the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation related to Business Resilience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides active support to the Business Resilience Professional and Business Resilience Lead and the wider Business Resilience Team globally as part of the department's work stream including the completion of project related tasks that support the overall initiatives of the BR Department.
• Assists with the on-going support of the business, both office and productions, monitoring respective Work Mailboxes, responding to enquiries, escalating issues and fulfilling any other ad hoc requests
• Manages the department budget for supplies, raises/codes invoices on SAP and manages the monthly P-card pack.
• Provides support in the maintenance and use of various Business Resilience tools including:
• Creating and maintaining Crisis Management and Business Resilience Plans and Quick Reference Cards in our WarnerMedia standard tools; and
• Maintaining data in the company's emergency notification system
• Works with the Business Resilience Department to help identify risks, review Business Impact Analysis interview notes, input data into the Business Resilience planning system, and updates information as organizational changes occur.
• Assists in the development of testing scenarios, test plans and presentations for testing scenarios, drafts post exercise review and lessons learned reports.
• Assists with raising awareness of Business Resilience by delivering New Joiner presentations, arranging for external speakers to present on related topics such as the Met Police, Casualty Bureau, and participating in related exercises or events held by other organizations.
• Purchases, distributes, and maintains WMready branded merchandise, emergency supplies, Crisis Management Team boardroom equipment and Grab Bag contents.
Requirements/Qualifications
Prior work experience necessary to perform the assigned duties:
• Prior business experience, preferably working for a multinational corporation
• Experience in Business Resilience, disaster recovery, risk management, IT project management or in a similar position
• Project management experience required
• Proficient in utilizing Office 365 tools: OneNote, Teams
• Proficient in utilizing MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Ability to use software/databases pertinent to Business Resilience e.g. Fusion Framework System
• Experience with emergency notification tools (i.e. SendWordNow, MIR3 or similar)
Relevant knowledge/skills which are required to perform the job:

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate international schedules, and on-call work
