Video Administration Assistant
Job Description:
Department Description:
The Atlantic Records Video Department is responsible for the commissioning of music video and content productions for Atlantic Records and its partner labels. The department is involved in all aspects of the video production process, from concept to completion.
High Level Job Description:
• Provide administrative support for the music video and content team.
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Support Associate Director of Video Administration with vendor setup, contracts, work for hire agreements, invoice payments, production insurance and obtaining internal budget approvals.
• Asset management of video files and distribution.
• Assist in processing and tracking production invoices and purchase orders in a timely fashion.
• Logging in wrap books and video production elements.
• Manage expense reports and travel for key NY staff and artists.
• Provide strong administrative support: answering phones, filing, and on set assistance as needed.
• Knowledge of AICP budgeting.
• Support Video Department as directed.
• Must be able to work overtime.
