Job Title: Paid Media Senior Manager
A little bit about our team:
Our Regional Marketing Services office is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that are both locally relevant and regionally aligned. It operates continuously to redefine marketing best practices, whether it be experimenting with new formats and technologies, or reworking old practices. This team partners with internal and external groups to develop best-of-class creative campaigns and high-impact advertising campaigns on a regional level.
Your role:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing Services, you will play a key role in developing our media buying regional strategy. You will be responsible for our ad campaign strategy for LATAM regional priorities, working with external agencies and the local paid media roles on the day-to-day briefing campaigns and optimizing performance. You will also lead a test and iterate culture and share insights and drive adoption of new tools and processes within the organization.
Here you'll get to:
• You will manage campaign budgets and lead on budget optimizations
• You will guide the affiliates' paid media role to ensure our campaigns are being set up for success
• You will create and manage a campaign set-up and report workflow
• You will manage a viral marketing strategy to identify trends and quickly setup campaigns
• You will Identify and build an understanding of target audiences and trends
• You will use data to analyze the impact of the campaigns on the overall marketing strategy
• You will constantly research and consider new technologies, platforms, and services to be tested
• You will manage relationships with external agencies
• You will manage advertising relationships with partners like Meta, Google and TikTok
About you:
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant digital advertising experience
• You have strong knowledge of social ads platforms such as Facebook and Tik Tok Ads Manager
• You have experience developing campaign strategies in multi-platforms
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You have experience working with agencies (or have worked agency side)
• You are great at staying on top of emerging trends, tools and platforms across the digital industry
• You have excellent organizational and project management skills
• You are able to handle multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects
• You have excellent analytical skills
We'd love it if you also had:
• Portuguese language skills
• Experience navigating cross-department relationships
