Job Description:
Job Title: Operations Analyst

You will get the opportunity to make your mark in Service Operations here at Warner Music Group. You will get to be part of a 24x7 Global Operations team, building, deploying, monitoring and supporting Enterprise systems in an effort to create a highly functional, user friendly and secure environment
Here you'll get to:
• Work as part of a team building a World Class 24x7 Global IT Operations Center
• Research and analyze complex technical issues and problems
• Monitor and react to system generated alarms and security alerts
• Create system automations to minimize manual processes using your scripting skills in Python, JavaScript and PowerShell
• Configure workflows in WMG's ServiceNow instance
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills
• Work with Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, VMWare and Citrix with and intermediate to advanced/expert level of competence.
• Monitor and manage servers, virtual servers and O365
• Configure and support AWS and Azure Cloud infrastructure
• Carryout ITIL/SANS incident response processes
• Build, Deploy and monitor automation between IT Systems
• Support desktop users, business applications, network connectivity and VoIP
• Perform Data Center Support and respond to requests and inquiries from users within the pre-determined timeframe of the Service Level Agreement
• Maintain a high degree of business knowledge in the supported business areas and Applications, with deep understanding of operational processes and requirements
• Have completed the ServiceNow administration Course
• Work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage the network infrastructure
• Display strong skills with on premise and cloud-based infrastructures
• Provide a strong attention to detail, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
• Interface across multiple internal IT groups, including senior IT management, operations management, project leaders and End Users
• Put forth a personable, innovative and quick-thinking demeanor
• Identify and manage operational Problems and Incidents according to established WMG IT operation standards and processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
• Be adaptable, multi-task oriented and able to prioritize and meet both rigid and fluid deadlines
• Demonstrate poise, tact, integrity and professionalism
• Provide second level use/customer telephone Support for assigned Software Applications
• Gain responsibilities, manage projects and solve problems with minimal supervision
• Lead by example
• Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills
• Perform on-call duties in the off hours
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• ITIL Certification
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT operations support role
• CompTIA A , Network , and CCNA certifications preferred
• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Industry standard certifications
