Manager, Streaming & Revenue, Commercial Partnerships
A little bit about our team:
The Warner Records Streaming & Revenue team is responsible for all aspects of streaming, digital & physical sales, marketing and promotion at all commercial accounts. The department is responsible for achieving the company's revenue goals as well as helping to break new artists via commercial account channels.
Your role:
The Manager, Streaming & Revenue, Commercial Partnerships position is at the forefront of the exciting streaming revolution. The position has multiple touchpoints across Warner Records and the music industry. You would join a cutting-edge team of passionate music fans who are committed to sharing our artists art with as many fans as possible around the world. We welcome creativity, passion and a hunger for success.
Here you'll get to:
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day account management and marketing relationship with key partners including, but not limited to, SoundCloud, Tidal, Audiomack, Deezer, as well as new and emerging revenue accounts (e.g., fitness, digital jukebox, overhead play, etc.)
• You will work closely with WR's streaming genre leads to set up a high volume of new music releases on a weekly basis at your accounts
• You will develop content optimization and marketing strategies across accounts with the goal of driving streams, engagement, brand awareness, and monetization of both frontline and catalog artists
• You will collaborate with internal teams, including Fan Engagement, Marketing, Brand Licensing, and Publicity, to prioritize and coordinate WR artist releases
• You will collaborate with WMG's centralized account and business development teams to leverage corporate services, execute deals, prioritize WR releases, and utilize/exchange best practices related to your account base
• You will work with data analysis teams to derive insights from key accounts to maximize results.
• You will build and maintain relationships with key account contacts and conduct regular update calls, coordinate artist visits, manage presentations, etc.
About you:
• You have 3+ years professional experience in digital account management or music streaming
• You ideally have established relationships with SoundCloud, Tidal, and Audiomack
• You have strong leadership skills and the ability to work with team members to develop and execute strategic projects
• You have strong organizational and project management skills
• You have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners
• You can work and adapt well in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
