Job Description:
Lead a US-based technical team of software engineers and development operations responsible for developing and running a Global Digital Music Supply Chain. Work with outsourced technical team on day-to-day basis on development and support of Global Digital Supply chain. Oversee work on bug fixes and new development for Global Digital Supply Chain. Work with WMG head of engineering to ensure that the development and architecture approach meets overall WMG strategy. Work with Client Services group, which is responsible for direct contact with Digital Service Providers, on day-to-day issue resolution, and provide technical support to Client Services team on day-to-day Global Supply Chain needs. Responsible for day-to-day communication with Infrastructure team on maintaining and enhancing our development and production AWS environments. Work closely with Business and IT teams on implementing support for new product types and revenue streams through the Global Digital Supply Chain. Reqts: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field (Employer will accept 3 years of university education and 2 years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree), and 3 years of experience in the position offered or related position, including 3 years of experience with Java technologies including Java, JDBC, J2EE, JSF, Java Swing, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, XML, XSD, Oracle PLSQL; Web application technologies including Web Services, Apache Tomcat, REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS; BPMN Workflow Engine Design and Development; Linux and Windows Server Management, Apache Web Servers and Amazon Web Services IAAS (Infrastructure As A Service) approach; and Full Software Development Lifecycle, including Project Management, Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Architecture Design, Development and Implementation, Testing and Support.
