• You will enter scheduling details, deadlines and other information into our New Release Scheduling database which drives scheduling at DSPs and populates information onto our Production Schedule.
• You will create entries for singles to contribute to a Daily Schedule Changes (''Bump Memo'') nightly memo capturing all scheduling activity during each business day.
• You will supply selection numbers for the International Revenue Assurance team as needed, attend weekly meetings, and contribute to special projects as needed.
• You will work closely with the Scheduling Manager who handles full-length (albums, mixtapes, & EPs) releases so you can back each other up for days off and so you are both aware of overlapping details between albums and singles.
