Manager, Playlist Optimization & Campaigns
Job Description:
A little bit about our team:
We manage global playlist programming and optimization for WMG controlled playlists/consumer and facilitate campaigns that help build audience and strengthen artist development across streaming platforms

You get to work with a talented and diverse group across label sales and marketing teams. You will master the development of customer acquisition campaigns. You'll excel at collaborating with record labels and our local affiliates to fulfill project / marketing objectives and provide functional support.
Here you'll get to:
• Collaborate with Warner labels & their affiliates to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns
• Support our various territory partners by providing on call customer service and campaign support for incoming requests
• Manage and provide optimization support to the territories for their CRM efforts to build audience and increase subscribers through monthly territory mailers
• Understand label objectives and build campaigns that help meet these goals
• Manage artist and label playlist driven campaigns in coordination with digital account managers
• Work with labels and repertoire owners to optimize marketing timing for priority tracks/artists
• Participate in regular calls with various playlist managers in coordination with Playlist Optimization Director
• Consistent collaboration with CRM team to improve current practices, ensure regular communication with consumers, ideate on A/B testing initiatives and ensure regular visibility into the maintenance and updating of our database segments
• Collaboration with the Director Playlist Optimization and Campaigns to assess campaign results and prepare summaries of learnings to provide feedback to the various stakeholders and recommendations for improvements
• Optimize by focusing efforts on the most effective types of communications and acquisition methods
• Partner with R&A to identify and present industry trends, best practices and playlist data to better understand consumer behavior
• Identify new opportunities for artist discovery and artist development that enhances the fan experience and provides exceptional and unique consumer experiences through acquisition campaigns
• Update and create existing ad units when requested and report back with key learnings
• Work with territory partners and stakeholders to provide progress reports and benchmarks as we work towards collective goals
Rockstar candidates will have:
• A good understanding of digital and streaming music platforms as well as ad-supported models
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to evangelize various playlisting opportunities internally and to outside partners
• Proficiency with data/analytics and CMS building tools
• Ability to adapt/enhance personal skills/expertise as business needs evolve
• Great organization skills
• Proactive, self-starter, problem solver type mentality and will be results driven
• Marketing Analytics and CRM experience
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• A College degree preferred
• 3-5 years in music and / or digital media programming / digital marketing / customer acquisition
