Job Description:
A little bit about our team:
The Warner Digital Account Management team maximizes WMG digital revenue and market share while ensuring operational account efficiencies and executing our digital strategy in the subscription streaming space.
Why this could be your next big break:
Within this role you will be actively working alongside labels and Spotify to execute initiatives to break artists and maximize market share for WMG. You will actively engage in projects with our operations and label teams to discover new best practices and better serve our label partners and WMG. You will be a creative voice to advise labels on release strategy to best position their artists and content and direct communication for optimization. You will execute initiatives with Spotify to push for maximum exposure for the Warner music artist roster.
Here you'll get to:
• You will manage production relationship to streamline content delivery, ensure accurate metadata, and implement corrections where needed
• You will manage infringing content claims and work alongside the WMG content protection team to combat piracy
• You will track priority releases pre and post release to enable discoverability on platform
• You will manage and execute timed releases
• You will execute, archive and manage video content delivery and approval processes
• You will communicate operational changes and deadlines between accounts and labels
• You will collect details on assets, compile and report for analysis requests associated with new product launches
• You will manage communications on new releases, account operational activity, marketing efforts, competitive issues and release best practices amongst the account management team and digital department
• You will be the main point of contact on the day to day relationship management with Spotify Operations and Label Production teams
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• You have 1-year digital production and operations experience
• You have superior Communication, written and verbal
• You have presentation Editing and Creation skills
• You have a passion for music
• You are a team player
• You have strong time management skills
• You have experience working on an account relationship management team
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• An understanding of digital streaming music services
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Minimum of 3 years operations and production and supply chain experience
