Job Description:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after team at WEA, Warner Music Group's distribution division, supporting the President WEA.
A little bit about our team:
The Executive Assistant will assist the President, WEA with day-to-day administration and support tasks. The Executive Assistant will work closely with all WEA departments, plus HR, Finance, Office Services & Acquisitions (SongKick, UPROXX, EMP) on various projects.

The Executive Assistant to the President, WEA manages all affairs in the executive office with top-to-bottom project management; travel planning, budgeting and expenses, office remodels and culture-building initiatives. You will be involved in the culture of WEA unlike any other role on the team through social-event, onsite & offsite planning. You have the opportunity to engage with every team in WEA through everyday scheduling to keep the team running.
Here you'll get to:
• You will manage & oversee the day-to-day office operations for WEA and President
• You will manage the President domestic & international calendar, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls and travel, coordinate team meetings, ordering supplies, photocopying and answering phones, etc.
• You will coordinate, book, and manage travel arrangements for the President, including domestic & international flights, hotel, & transportation
• You will submit, track, & maintain travel and entertainment expenses
• You will manage highly-sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• You will work on Special Projects for the President and for other WEA departments as needed
• You will plan, coordinate, and execute domestic & international meetings/conferences/special events on & offsite
• Responsible for event logistics including, but not limited to, site inspections and selection, sourcing and managing vendors, contract negotiations, catering, transportation and supporting technology
• Coordinate staff attendance and maintain the schedule of events
• Present and adhere to event budgets
• You will design and create PowerPoint and charts as needed
• You will work with Office Services to execute office remodels, redesigns and floor plan initiatives

• You have strong budgeting and project management skills including top-to-bottom event planning
• You have an ability to take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with employees at all levels in the company, including senior management, clients, and vendors
• You have the ability to work with others and maintain focus while working under pressure
• You have outstanding organization and follow-up skills
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• 2+ years of Executive level administrative experience.
• 2+ years of Corporate meeting planning experience.
• 2+ years in Project management experience desirable.
• College Degree preferred
• You have excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
