Job Description:
Job Title: Coordinator, Video Production
A little bit about our team:
The Video Content & Production Department handles productions for our artists and their videos to all of the national video channels and major online partners.
Why this could be your next big break:
In this role you will assist and support the VP of Production and all members of the department.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage all administrative duties for the VP and others in the Production department including; organization, scheduling, submitting expenses and coordinating travel
• Manage department edit room computers
• Set up new vendors / update vendors, follow up on outstanding invoices and disburse payments
• Set up projects, create and follow up on internal paperwork, contracts & releases
• Accurately create and maintain artist video budgets and potentially process invoices
• Handling all video masters, digital files and footage elements
• Oversee digital deliveries as needed and manage final product delivery (audio overlays, broadcast edits, vaulting, and final delivery)
• Send out secure music, gather lyrics, photos, artist links, and interface with Production Company reps and Directors
• Assist with filming and completion of assorted web content shoots and editing projects (hire crews, gather talent releases, circulate for approvals, etc.)
• Creating Hightail, WeTransfer and Vimeo links
• Uploading/downloading videos to FTP sites
Rockstar candidates will need:
• 1-2 years' experience
• MAC and PC proficient
• Production experience or knowledge
• Familiarity with Ariba & SAP programs
• Excel, Word & Dropbox
• Detail oriented, organized & able to multi-task.
• Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere is a strongly preferred
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Ability to shoot and edit a wide variety of visual content is a plus
