Job Description:
Warner Music Nashville's Touring Department oversees the integration and growth of all live event business at Warner Music Nashville. It is responsible for adding value to all live events, including domestic and international tours, partner tours, and special events. We develop tour marketing plans, maximizing artists' schedules on the road, and where applicable, enhance their live show and production. This department also handles ticket distribution and ticketing and tour budgets. By serving as the conduit between the label, artist management teams, and talent agents, we ensure that all members of the artist teams are informed and engaged. Supporting both the Manager and SVP of Touring, the Touring Coordinator will offer administrative support and work with other departments as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinator, Touring, Job Description:
• Position reports to Manager, Touring and SVP, Global Revenue & Touring
• Responsible for tracking and communicating all tour dates, partner tours, special events, etc.
• Ensure that all Warner Nashville employees and artist teams receive updated artist schedules and routing on a weekly and daily basis via numerous internal calendars and Master Tour
• Solicit, approve, and distribute all tickets, M&Gs, credentials, etc.
• Keep all Touring contacts up to date
• Collaborate with other departments to help develop tour marketing plans
• Document and distribute schedules for market visits/partner tours
• Work with Manager of Touring to create ticketing and tour budgets. Keep all budgets and spends logged and up to date
• When needed, cover Nashville shows, obtain tickets, passes, credentials, and parking, manage meet and greets, etc.
• Train employees on Master Tour and answer any questions related to the system
• Keep Master Tour user system up to date
• Develop useful Touring tools and documents for the label and partners to utilize
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree
• Music Industry experience preferred
