Job Description:
Job Title: Coordinator, Soundtracks
Here you'll get to:
• Daily Administrative duties supporting SVP, Soundtracks; manage phones, schedules, create reports and materials for meetings and presentations, book travel and prepare monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Research and tracking of all relevant film and television soundtrack opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of Soundtrack song production including writer and artist scheduling, recording bookings and asset delivery.
• Coordinate and execute soundtrack clearances.
• Manage and coordinate all aspect of Soundtrack album production including art, label copy, digital delivery and physical manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department on the development and execution of Soundtrack campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Creative Services department on the creation of all art assets including music videos and single/LP art.
• Coordinate with Publicity Department on the execution of the media campaigns.
• Track and aggregate all sales, streaming and views statistics.
• Work with the A&R department, publishers and songwriter representatives on the acquisition of compositions for recording.
Rockstar candidates will have:
• 3 - 5 years of experience.
• MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge and understanding of synchronization licensing process
• Must be organized, reliable and a people person
• The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Working with digital music assets
