Job Description:

As the independent label arm of Warner Music Group, the Coordinator will be a key team member helping ADA achieve their mission through collaborative efforts with the legal, marketing, promotion, label management, corporate and shared services teams.

The Coordinator will assist the SVP, Business & Legal Affairs with day-to-day administration and support tasks, while also gaining invaluable exposure to various departments within a music company. The Coordinator will also assist the team working on the company's new direct digital distribution platform, Level. As ADA is a division with fewer than 100 employees, everyone at ADA is given the opportunity to get involved in special projects in a way not often feasible at large organizations.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage the calendar, plan and coordinate domestic & international meetings, take meeting notes and distribute action items, arrange conference calls and travel, coordinate team meetings, order supplies, photocopy and answer phones.
• Coordinate and book business travel arrangements, including domestic & international flights, hotel, & transportation. Submit, track, & maintain travel and entertainment expenses.
• Set up vendors and maintain SharePoint account on behalf of department.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate approval of payments for vendors
• Provide back-up coverage for the other assistants during their absence which includes covering phones, reports, and other projects as needed.
• Special assignments as required.

The rockstar candidate will be a highly organized, motivated self-starter, who is comfortable with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have:
• The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent Microsoft computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• An inquisitive mind and a desire for constant process-improvement.
It would be music to our ears if:
• College Degree preferred
• 1 years of prior administrative experience.
