Art Coordinator
A little bit about our team:
The Warner Records Art Department is part of Creative Services and is responsible for the creation of print and digital visuals for our roster of artists, including album art, photoshoots, and graphic content. Producing art for Warner Records and its partner labels, the department is involved in all aspects of the creative process, from concept to completion.
Your role:
The Art Coordinator will be the main point person and hub of the Art Department. They are responsible for task related project management of physical and digital album packaging and deliverables. They will work with Art Directors to produce photoshoots, sourcing all parties involved. They are responsible for archiving and processing all assets, including full photoshoots with raw images, exporting for approvals and edits, and documenting final files. They handle administrative tasks for the Art Dept team including scheduling team meetings, processing expense reports and being the point of contact for all.
Here you'll get to:
You will be the point person for the Art Team, fielding all incoming requests.
You will act as Project Manager for in house Art Directors, managing and assigning projects as requested.
You will produce photoshoots, sourcing photographers, stylists, glam team as well as permiting locations.
You will be responsible for Digital Asset Management and proper archiving of photoshoots and finished packaging deliverables.
You will act as administrative lead for Art Dept and EVP of Creative Services.
About you:
You are passionate about art and all aspects of design.
You have experience working on Macs and with Adobe Creative Suite.
You have experience working with project management platforms (JIRA, Asana).
You are a great archiver/organizer of large amounts of assets and data, working with cloud based tools.
You are a team player and work well with a close-knit department .
You are dependable and trust worthy.
You are familiar and comfortable with standard graphic file formats, language, and specifications.
You can handle fast turn around times and stay calm under pressure.
We'd love it if you also had:
Previous Music Industry experience preferred
A background and working knowledge of graphic design
