We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after 'Contract Administration' team at 'Atlantic Records'.
Job Title: Assistant, Contract Administration
A little bit about our team:
This role will report to the VP of Contract Administration, as well as provide general assistance to the contract administration department. Contract administration is responsible for maintaining the roster, reviewing and vetting all audio & video material released and/or licensed by the company and ensuring timely clearance of all third party sideartist issues. You will have the opportunity to work with various departments across multiple labels (Atlantic, Big Beat, Canvasback, Elektra, Fueled by Ramen, Roadrunner).

Here you'll get to:
• Complete general administrative duties: answer phones, filing, scanning, expenses, etc.
• Maintain spreadsheet for department with all sideartist clearances
• Circulate clearances and documents as requested
• Review and track delivery of letters of direction
• Track release dates
• Undertake research projects, as directed
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently
• Detail oriented, well organized and focused
• Calm under pressure
• Able to handle highly confidential information
• College Degree
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• This is a position for someone who likes to work behind the scenes and as part of a team

• Great research skills
