Full Time Job
We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for Warner Bros. International Television Distribution department who will be responsible for processing orders for assigned territories; preparing contracts, amendments, and product notices; assist with data entry; coordinate with Sales Administration, Legal, Finance, Credit and Collections, and Rights Administration to resolve issues.
The Daily:
• Prepare contracts, amendments, product notices, schedules, and other legal documents based on contract analysis, legal templates and research of client's historical terms.
• Review and analyze various rights management database system reports to confirm accurate data entry.
• Communications: coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance, and Legal departments to resolve various contract administration issues related to legal documents, sales orders, data input, client maintenance, research, etc.
• Distribute documents internally and externally and submit executed documents to digital document system.
• Maintain Worklog to track status of orders from receipt through execution. Maintain order status notes in database system.
• Input contractual terms and licensed product data into WB systems as needed.
• Maintain various records and files for legal and audit purposes. Perform special tasks and assignments as required, including but not limited to research, archiving, legal projects.
The Essentials:
• Previous contract administration or similar experience, preferably in television or film distribution.
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Be able to read, analyze and interpret legal documents and database reports and successfully navigate the relationship between contract terms and database points.
• Be detail-oriented, with accurate data entry and proof-reading skills.
• Be able to work efficiently and turn around workload in an agreed upon timeframe to meet client expectations and/or hard deadlines.
